💳 Subscriptions & Refunds

Restore Purchase: If you bought Pro but don't see it, go to Profile > Settings > "Restore Purchases".

Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

❤️ Apple Health Sync Issues

If data isn't syncing, check your permissions:

  1. Open the iOS Health App.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right).
  3. Tap Apps > NutriLogger.
  4. Ensure all categories are turned ON.

🤖 Improving AI Accuracy

Ensure your food is the main subject of the photo and well-lit. You can also edit the AI's suggestion manually if it misses an ingredient.

📂 Data & Privacy

You own your data. Export your full nutrition history as a CSV file from Profile > Data Settings at any time.
